From our Princess Street office in the heart of downtown, we've built relationships and delivered commercial construction across the Cape Fear region and beyond — from Project Grace and the New Hanover County Library to UNCW student housing, Cape Fear Community College facilities, and Live Oak Bank's corporate campus. Wilmington is where Monteith began, and it remains the operational center for a firm now delivering $376M in annual construction volume across North and South Carolina.
