Darrell’s initiative to promote safety on site has not gone unnoticed in the past year. He is consistently conducting tool box talks on site, reporting weekly, and implementing safety procedures on site.
He has been directly involved in the Building Star process with initial meetings taking place at his jobsite, Thomasville High School.
Darrell’s commitment to safety has strengthened his commitment to Monteith Construction Corp.
Darrell’s reward for his efforts is 2 tickets to the Carolina Panther’s Countdown to Kickoff ‘2008 Luncheon. Darrell will be socializing with the coaches, players and cheerleaders of the Panthers.

Phillip has shown enthusiasm and dedication throughout the year in

and conducting on site safety tool box talks.
Phillip’s site is always clean and organized. Teamwork has
definitely worked in everyone’s favor with an effective leader.
